Welcome to Aurora Options!

This alternative, 1 day per week, FREE Homeschool program serves the Aurora/Denver metro area with classes for all grades in Kindergarten through High School.

Our purpose is to supplement your homeschooling journey by offering enrichment for students, resources for parents and support for Homeschooling families.

Program Overview

Students are enrolled in Aurora Public Schools on a part time basis and attend classes at our location on either Monday or Friday during the school year. By utilizing the resources of Aurora Public Schools, we are able to provide a school day experience with elective classes taught by highly qualified teachers. Parents remain the primary educators and Options classes may not be considered more than 20% of a students total instruction as required by law.

For students in grades 9-12, who have attended Options for a minimum of one full school year, a Concurrent Enrollment program is available. This allows students to begin taking college or trade school courses while still participating in our program.

Options offers a curriculum library for families to check out books and materials. There is no fee to borrow books, and consumables (workbooks or materials that will be written on) are available for purchase. There is no requirement to use a specific curriculum for your home instruction. Books required for Options courses will be provided.

We organize multiple field trips per year to provide science, art and cultural experiences at a reduced cost, and host monthly parent coffees to allow for conversation and encouragement with other homeschooling parents.

Please contact our site coordinator for more information or to schedule a visit!

We are located at 17690 E Iliff Ave, just across from Rangeview Highschool

Our program takes place in the New Life Community Church building
